Spirent TestCenter Virtual: why console output shows no license installed?

Symptoms

  • After installing the licenses to the Virtual Controller and restarting the server, the port licenses are still not seen.

  • login as: admin

Explanation/Resolution

  • Power cycle the license controller
  • Make sure only the license files are present in the folder, check the hidden items too.
  • Make sure that the license files belong to the right flex-id.
