Symptoms


Spirent TestCenter GUI where it becomes non-responsive when troubleshooting a specific testcase. There is a testcase where we see that clients are disassociated after a certain period of time by the AP. After disassociation, If we try to refresh the counters, or refresh any of the WLAN client result stats, the STC GUI becomes unresponsive. 
 

Environment

 
  • STC 5.05
  • Wifi
  • GUI non-responsive

How to reproduce:
 
  1. Associate a single device with an AP
  2. Run some traffic for a while (20 or 30 seconds should suffice)
  3. While the traffic is running, hit "Disassociate Client"
  4. Try to refresh any view.
  5. GUI will hang
